Public Works

The City of Scotland Public Works Department is responsible for maintenance and operation of the street, parks, water and wastewater utilities. The department is staffed by two full-time employees consisting of Tristan Bult and Tim Trautmann. Additionally, two seasonal employees are hired for the summer months to maintain the cemetery, ball fields, and park. The City of Scotland also operates a rubble site and hires one seasonal part-time employee to work at the site May 1st - October 31st.
