The special meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by Mayor Curtis Hofer at 5:00 pm on Monday, July 29, 2019. The following council members answered to roll call: Randy Abbink, Tim Asche, Victor Settje, Dennis Bietz, and Sean Barrett (5:06pm). Those council members absent were Randy Thum. Others present were Finance Officer Tanya Bult, Chief of Police Joel Neuman, and Joe Keppen.

2020 Budget was reviewed by fund/activity/account line item by line item.

With no further business to discuss a motion was made by Barrett, seconded by Asche to adjourn the meeting at 6:29 pm. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
