The special meeting of the City of Scotland was called to order by President Randy Thum at 2:30pm on Thursday, December 30, 2021. The following council members answered to roll call: Tim Asche, Dennis Bietz, and Sean Barrett. Those council members absent were Randy Abbink and Jerry Nelson. Others present were Finance Officer Tanya Bult, Brian Humphrey and Curtis Hofer (via phone).
The purpose of the meeting was for interviews.
With no further business to discuss a motion was made by Barrett, second by Asche to adjourn the meeting at 3:04pm. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
