Chapter 11.08     Collection of Garbage, Rubbish and Refuse Accumulated as a Result of City Governmental Operations

11.0801     Collection of Waste from City-Owned Property

The licensee shall negotiate a charge to collect garbage, rubbish and refuse from the municipal buildings, city parks, and swimming pool at least once weekly or more frequently as determined by the Scotland City Council.
