Chapter 10.08 Service to Schools and City
10.0801 School/City Services
The Grantee shall provide service to elementary or secondary school locations within the City one terminal junction for educational purposes upon request by the City of the school system and at no cost to the City or to the school system. This shall mean only an energized cable to such buildings. The cost of any internal wiring shall be borne by the institution.
10.0802 City Council Service
Grantee shall also provide the City, for connections to three buildings to be selected by the City Council of the City, without charge, and one junction terminal to each of said buildings at a location therein to be selected by the City.
