TITLE I

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Chapter 1.03     General Penalty

1.0301     General

Except herein as otherwise expressly provided, any person, violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.

1.0302     Principal Guilty

Whenever any person, clerk, servant, agent or employee of any other person, firm or corporation, or association shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance, he/she shall be deemed guilty as a principal and shall be punished as provided in the preceding section, unless otherwise prescribed.

1.0303     Separate offenses

Each and every violation of the provisions of this ordinance shall constitute a separate offense and may be so charges and prosecuted.
